free アプリケーションでのRTツールの使用はできません。また free アプリケーションを作成するアカウントには、電話番号が登録済みである必要があります。

1. 開発者ポータルにアクセス

https://developer.twitter.com/en/portal/dashboard にアクセスします。

画面下部の Sign up for Free Account をクリックします。

2. 用途を記載して提出する

テキストボックスに以下の内容を入力します。
